This is a nice informative article, Richard. You’re putting out a lot of good articles lately. I just added your site to my Google Reader to keep up with your latest posts. I had posted an article myself about the Anglo-Saxons in England a while back (http://steventill.com/2008/11/24/the-anglo-saxons-in-medieval-england/); unforunately, I haven’t had the time to post as many historical articles lately, like I used to. Keep up the good work!

How is everything going with the Amber Treasure?

Thanks for the comments. At present most articles are about the 17th Century because of my new version of The last Seal- set in 1666 BUT I will do some more Saxon articles as well. The Amber Treasure has had some decent reviews and “tics along” in sales. Would like to see it do better but the response from readers has (for the most part) been good.
